Q: How do I place an order on Eagleo? A: Simply browse our collections, add your desired item to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and mobile number to complete the order. No advance payment or credit card is required.
Q: Do you verify orders before dispatch? A: Yes. To prevent fraudulent orders, our customer support team will contact you via a direct call or WhatsApp (+92 343 7161055) within 48 hours to confirm your details. Unverified orders will be canceled.
2. Payment & Billing Inquiries
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (PKR) model. You only pay the exact invoice amount in cash to the courier agent when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep.
Q: What currency are your prices listed in? A: All prices across https://eagleo.store/ are strictly calculated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs / PKR).
Q: Are there any hidden fees or taxes at delivery? A: Absolutely not. The total amount shown on your checkout confirmation screen is the final amount you owe.
3. Shipping & Logistics Operations
Q: How much do you charge for shipping? A: We charge a standardized flat shipping fee of Rs 200.00 for all orders across Pakistan.
Q: How long does handling and delivery take? A: Verified orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Nationwide doorstep delivery takes between 3–7 business days.
Q: Can I track my package in real-time? A: Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, a Tracking ID will be sent to your email or WhatsApp so you can monitor its movement.
4. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Q: What is your return window? A: You have a strict window of 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
Q: What are the eligibility parameters for a return? A: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and inside its original packaging with all factory tags and labels fully intact.
Q: How are refunds handled for Cash on Delivery (PKR) orders? A: Since couriers cannot refund cash directly, all approved returns will be refunded via Direct Local Bank Transfer (IBAN) or mobile wallets like EasyPaisa or JazzCash within 3–5 business days post-inspection.
Q: Are shipping charges refundable? A: No. The flat shipping fee of Rs 200.00 is a non-refundable cost consumed by the courier network during initial transit.
