  • Please note that processing and dispatches do not take place on Sundays, public holidays, or during state-declared emergency periods.

2. Transit Timelines & Estimated Delivery Windows

Once your shipment is handed over to our courier partners, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • National Delivery (All other major cities and provinces across Pakistan): 3 to 7 business days.
  • Disclaimer: Actual transit times may fluctuate marginally due to extreme weather conditions, unexpected transit delays, remote geography, or peak festive seasons.

3. Shipping Tariffs & Cost Transparency

  • Flat Rate Structure: We implement a standardized flat shipping tariff of Rs 200.00 for all domestic orders across Pakistan.
  • There are absolutely no hidden handling fees, processing surcharges, or unlisted transactional taxes at the time of delivery. The total amount displayed on your final digital invoice at checkout is the exact amount you owe.
  • 4. Cash on Delivery (PKR) & Verification

To ensure a secure shopping experience, Eagleo operates primarily under a cash-on-delivery (PKR) model.

  • Order Verification: Before dispatching any PKR package, our customer support team will contact you via a direct phone call or official WhatsApp to verify your delivery address. Orders that remain unverified within 48 hours may be subject to automatic cancellation.
  • Payment Collection: Please ensure that the exact cash amount shown on your invoice is ready for the courier agent upon arrival. Delivery agents are strictly authorized to release the parcel only after collecting the full payment.

5. Consignment Tracking Systems

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your unique Tracking Identification Number (Tracking ID) will be sent to your registered mobile number, email, or WhatsApp. You can seamlessly monitor the real-time movement of your parcel through our integrated logistics tracking portal.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

  • Address Amendments: If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@eagleo.store. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes are structurally impossible once the package has been handed over to the courier partner.
  • Delivery Exceptions: If you encounter any structural issues with the delivery of your parcel, please report them to us within 24 hours. We will work directly with the courier management to resolve the problem promptly.
